How do I upgrade to Pro?
From your dashboard, go to Billing and click "Upgrade to Pro". The change is immediate.
Can I cancel my subscription?
On monthly billing: yes, at any time from Settings > Billing. On annual billing: the commitment is 12 months, with no prorated refund for early cancellation.
How are team seats managed?
Each active team member counts as a billed seat. An inactive member (invitation not accepted) is not billed.
Where can I find my invoices?
Your invoices are available in Settings > Billing. You can download each invoice as a PDF.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The free plan lets you get started without a credit card, with a limited number of active portals. You can upgrade to Pro at any time from Settings > Billing.
What payment methods are accepted?
Filvacy accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, our secure payment partner.
