How do I invite a colleague?

In Settings > Team, enter your colleague's email address. They'll receive an invitation. Once accepted, they'll have access to client files based on the permissions you've configured.

What is the difference between Administrator, Officer, and Member?

The Administrator has access to billing, can manage the team, and configure the organization. The Officer is a trusted intermediate role: they can manage the team and reset access for members — including the Administrator's in an emergency. They cannot manage billing. The Member only accesses client files and templates, based on permissions granted by the Administrator. Role management is done in the Team section of your professional space.

What happens to client files when a team member is removed?

When a member is removed, their clients and files are automatically transferred to the administrator. No data is lost.

Can a client file be reassigned to another professional?

Yes. The administrator can reassign any client file to another team member from the professional space.
